SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA — August 8, 2025 — From August 14–16, Mondrian Seoul Itaewon will host CTRL+POUR, an unprecedented international gathering of the world’s most innovative specialty roasters and trailblazing bartenders. Curated by AXIALYN LLP and supported by global flavor leaders Empirical and Maison Perrier, CTRL+POUR redefines what happens when coffee meets cocktails.
This 3-day event is part showcase, part symposium, and all creative energy—uniting over 40 global and local brands across talks, pop-ups, and parties.
