We are currently looking for a Mid-Level PR Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

📌 Job Title:

PR Marketing Coordinator (Mid-Level)

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of PR and marketing strategies for internal projects and client brands

• Create and manage content across digital platforms (press releases, blog posts, newsletters, SNS captions)

• Coordinate media outreach and press relations

• Assist in brand storytelling, visual asset coordination, and campaign launches

• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and creators

• Assist in reporting, media tracking, and administrative coordination

⏰ Working Hours & Structure:

• Average 30 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling, with weekly check-ins required

• Hybrid work structure (remote & on-site when needed)

🎯 Requirements:

• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)

• Bachelor's degree (completed or expected graduation from a 4-year university)

• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills

• Must be based in Korea and legally eligible to work

💡 Preferred Qualifications:

• Chinese proficiency is a plus

• Background in PR, media, journalism, or marketing

• Experience in lifestyle, F&B, or event-related industries

• Proficiency in platforms like Instagram, RED, Advertising SEOs.

💼 Employment Type:

Project-based (with potential transition to full-time)

📍 Location:

Hybrid / Seoul-based work for key meetings and activations

💰 Compensation:

• Monthly base pay negotiable based on experience

• Incentive bonuses for campaign milestones

• Project-based bonuses depending on deliverables and performance

• 자사 및 클라이언트 브랜드의 PR 및 마케팅 전략 기획 및 실행 보조

• 보도자료, 블로그, 뉴스레터, SNS 콘텐츠 등 디지털 콘텐츠 기획 및 운영

• 미디어 아웃리치 및 언론사 대응

• 브랜드 스토리텔링, 비주얼 자료 조율, 캠페인 론칭 지원

• 외부 에이전시, 공급사, 크리에이터와의 협업

• 리포트 작성, 미디어 트래킹, 운영 관리 보조

⏰ 근무 형태 및 시간:

• 주 평균 30시간 근무

• 프로젝트 기반의 유연 근무제 (일정 조율 가능)

• 주 1회 정기 체크인 및 업무 공유 필수

• 하이브리드 근무 (재택 + 필요 시 현장 참석)

🎯 지원 자격:

• 한국어 및 영어 능통자 (말하기 및 쓰기 모두 필수)

• 4년제 대학 졸업자 또는 졸업 예정자

• 탁월한 커뮤니케이션, 글쓰기, 조직 관리 능력

• 대한민국 거주 및 합법적 근무 가능자

💡 우대 사항:

• 중국어 가능자 우대

• PR, 미디어, 저널리즘, 마케팅 관련 전공 또는 유관 경력 보유자

• 라이프스타일, F&B, 이벤트 산업 경험자

• 인스타그램, 샤오홍슈(RED), 광고 SEO 등 플랫폼 활용 능숙자

💼 고용 형태:

프로젝트 기반 계약직
(성과 및 회사 필요에 따라 정규직 전환 가능)

📍 근무지:

하이브리드 (서울 중심, 주요 회의 및 실행 업무 시 출근)

💰 급여 조건:

• 경력에 따라 협의

• 캠페인 성과에 따른 인센티브 지급

• 프로젝트 단위 보너스 제공 (성과 및 납기 기준)
