We're currently looking for a Mid-Level Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

📌 Job Title:

Events Coordinator (Mid-Level)

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute small to mid-scale events across Korea and overseas

• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and internal teams

• Develop project timelines, proposals, and post-event reports

• Oversee guest experience and on-site logistics

• Support brand partnerships and collaboration activations

⏰ Working Hours & Reporting:

• Average 30 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling based on project needs

• Weekly check-ins and progress updates required

• Availability for occasional weekend or evening events

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event planning, brand activation, or PR

• Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)

• Based in Korea with valid work eligibility

• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills

💡 Preferred Qualifications:

• Chinese language ability a plus

• Experience in International luxury, or F&B industry preferred

💼 Employment Type:

Project-based, with potential for full-time transition based on performance

📍 Location:

Hybrid / Seoul-based travel required for events

💰 Compensation:

• Monthly base pay (commensurate with experience)

• Incentive bonuses based on project scope and performance

• Project-based bonuses for successful completion of key deliverables

• 국내외 스몰~미드 규모 이벤트 기획 및 운영

• 행사 장소, 외부 협력사, 내부 팀과의 커뮤니케이션

• 기획안, 일정표, 리포트 등 문서 작성

• 현장 운영 및 게스트 응대 관리

• 브랜드 파트너십 및 협업 행사 진행 지원

⏰ 근무 조건:

• 주 평균 30시간 근무

• 프로젝트 일정에 따른 유연한 근무 가능

• 주 1회 업무 진행 상황 공유 및 체크인 필수

• 야간/주말 이벤트 참여 가능자 우대

🎯 지원 자격:

• 이벤트/브랜드/PR 분야 경력 2~3년 이상

• 한국어 및 영어 능통자 (말하기 및 작문)

• 대한민국 내 거주 및 근무 가능자

• 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 및 멀티태스킹 능력 보유자

💡 우대 사항:

• 중국어 가능자 우대

• 명품, F&B 업계 경험자 우대

💼 고용 형태:

프로젝트 기반 (성과에 따라 정규직 전환 가능)

📍 근무지:

하이브리드 / 서울 지역 현장 업무 및 출장 포함

💰 급여 조건:

• 경력에 따른 월 기본급 협의

• 프로젝트 성과에 따른 성과급 및 인센티브 지급

• 주요 업무 완료 시 프로젝트 단위 보너스 지급
